Shipping Policy

We aim to deliver your order quickly and safely. Below are our standard shipping terms and timelines.

Regions

We currently ship to the Netherlands and all European Union countries.

Handling Time

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Carriers

We ship with PostNL, DHL, or DPD.
A tracking link will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Netherlands: 6–14 business days

  • Other EU countries: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.

Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping on orders over €50

  • Orders below that amount display the exact shipping cost at checkout

VAT & Duties

Prices are shown in EUR and include VAT.
For deliveries outside the Netherlands, customers are responsible for any applicable import VAT or duties in their country.

Address Changes & Delivery Issues

Please check your shipping address carefully before confirming your order.
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we can reship it once received back (additional postage may apply).

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos.
We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

Returns

For returns, please follow our Returns & Refunds Policy and obtain an RMA before sending any items back.

Returns without an RMA cannot be accepted.
